- Payment
All payments for products or services offered on https://alanbalen.com must be made in US dollars. Payments can be made through PayPal or by using a major credit card. Payment must be made in full before any product or service can be provided.
- Refunds
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from https://alanbalen.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@alanbalen.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been used and is in its original condition.
- Cancellation

- Late Payments
If a payment is not received within 5 business days of the due date, a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied. If the account remains unpaid after 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
